Greetings from the Moderator

There is need of a great revival of spiritual life, of truly fervent devotion to our Lord Jesus, of entire consecration to His service. It is only in a church in which this spirit of revival has at least begun, that there is any hope of radical change in the relation of most of our Christian people to mission work. ~Andrew Murray

Greeting my beloved brothers and sisters, believer and non-believers, saints and aints. How great is the God we serve. As we embark on another year with a new beginning, we are excited about what God is doing and the future endeavor He has in store. I know that there will be challenges, obstacles, mountains, and pit falls, but my mission is to better the Association and the very members that make up the body of Christ. First of all, I want to foster fellowship among Pastors and Churches where we can build a relationship of trust and unity. Secondly, I want to build training opportunities that will equip not only our Pastors but also the leaderships in our church. Thirdly, I want to embark on the involvement of our Leaders and local churches in the Baptist E&M Convention. Our aim to make Tumbling Shoals the best Association on this side of Heaven.

As we all strive to future endeavors continue to pray for the leaders, layman’s, and each other. We believe God is up to something and whatever it is, we don’t won’t Him doing it without us.
